Do you offer services from Alicante and Valencia Airports?
Yes, we provide 24hr services at both Airports.
Do you provide a shuttle bus at the Airports?
No, we provide a Meet & Greet service upon arrival. We do offer a transfer service if you prefer not to drive from the Airport
What documents do I need to make a booking?
A valid driving licence together with your passport. We will also require the address where you are staying in Spain and a telephone number.
What form of payment do you accept?
Visa / Mastercard or Debit cards are acceptable. Cash is also accepted.
What if my flight gets delayed?
We will be monitoring your flight so there is no need to worry as our staff will be waiting to greet you.
Can I collect the car form the Airport and drop off at one of your other locations?
Yes, we have locations at Alicante, Valencia Airports or our Head Office in Moraira
Are the vehicles fully insured?
Absolutely, they are fully comprehensively insured including excess.
Do the vehicles come with fuel?
Yes, we operate a full-to-full policy so please ensure the vehicle is full when you return it.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, we offer child and baby seats available to select when you book.
